Our family bought an already constructed brand new home that was built by Kingbridge in Ladue in 2021.   John and his team were exceptional to work with.   The home came with a one-year warranty, and they honored every bit of it.  The home was very well built, but of course through a course of a year, a few things popped up that we wanted addressed.  Larry and Greg were who we interacted the most with.  They were on top of EVERYTHING on the list.  If they couldn’t do it themselves, they made sure it was done the right way with another professional.   From small touch ups, to addressing a water issue in the yard, they were very responsive to ALL of our concerns,  and they were fair in handling every situation.   They were also very timely in getting back to us, which is rare to come by these days in their field.   We plan to live in this house a very long time, but if we ever decided to build or buy another, I would 100% use Kingbridge or buy a Kingbridge home.  Quality homes and respectable people to work with!
