The Quality Builders Warranty Protection Plan…
The First Year…
The builder warrants the home against defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of non-conformity with QBW’s program standards. If the builder is unable to meet this requirement, QBW will.
The Second Year…
Your home is warranted against defects in the wiring, piping, and duct work and the performance of the home’s systems and major structural defects as defined in the QBW program.
Third Through the Tenth Year…
Should a major structural defect occur during this period, QBW/Liberty Mutual takes over and will either replace, repair or pay you the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the defect or item necessary to restore the structural integrity to your home as defined in the warranty.
