Every house built by Kingbridge Homes comes with a one-year limited warranty, which includes pre-scheduled two (2) month and ten (10) month walk-through to address any minor issues that may arise during the first year of ownership.
In addition to having Kingbridge Homes as a primary contact for minor repairs during the first year, we also provide each homeowner with a binder at closing with a list of important subcontractor names and their contact information. This allows homeowners the ability to contact individual vendors that worked on the home (plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning) for questions regarding routine maintenance and any individual system warranties beyond the first year.
Above and beyond the comprehensive one year limited warranty, Kingbridge Homes also provides homeowners with a ten (10) year Quality Builders Warranty. Known for their customer service, Quality Builders Warranty provides customers with a simple and efficient complaint resolution process, should a problem ever arise. And while other custom home builders provide similar sounding structural warranties, what sets this one apart is that it is backed by Liberty Mutual, one of the largest insurance companies in the country. Furthermore, if you choose to insure your home through Liberty Mutual, there are potential discounts available on homeowner’s and automotive insurance policies. But best of all, when you choose to purchase a Kingbridge home, chances are you’ll never need the warranty policy. Kingbridge Homes has never had a claim for structural warranty work! As a result, we have been recognized as a “Builder of Integrity” by Quality Builders Warranty in 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016.

The 10-Year Quality Builder’s Warranty – It Adds Value to Your Home
Quality begins with expectations, which is why we continue to raise our building standards and have implemented a Management Inspection Process to ensure that those standards are met throughout each phase of construction.
To ensure quality at every stage of the construction process, each home is inspected regularly by multiple Kingbridge team members who continually create punch lists. The question we always ask is If we were the purchaser, would we be completely satisfied with this home? When this test has been met and every list has been punched, we have built a home, not just a house.
At Kingbridge Homes we know there is absolutely no substitute for quality. We build quality homes and we stand behind them with our one-year Kingbridge Warranty and by providing buyers the additional security of the 10-year Quality Builder’s Warranty (QBW).
The QBW program is backed by Liberty Mutual, one of the nations largest insurance companies. Liberty Mutual adds unparalleled strength and stability through the Quality Builders Warranty program. In addition, the QBW program has a future value when you resell your home; your Quality Builder Warranty is automatically transferred to successive buyers.
The QBW program gives Kingbridge clients complete confidence in the continuing quality in their homes. QBW has high standards: “Not all builders meet the requirements to participate in the QBW program. We offer a top-of-the-line warranty program, but you must be a top-of-the-line builder in order to be eligible.”
The Quality Builders Warranty Protection Plan…
The First Year…
The builder warrants the home against defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of non-conformity with QBW’s program standards. If the builder is unable to meet this requirement, QBW will.
The Second Year…
Your home is warranted against defects in the wiring, piping, and duct work and the performance of the home’s systems and major structural defects as defined in the QBW program.
Third Through the Tenth Year…
Should a major structural defect occur during this period, QBW/Liberty Mutual takes over and will either replace, repair or pay you the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the defect or item necessary to restore the structural integrity to your home as defined in the warranty.
