Kingbridge Homes is comprised of a dynamic team of homebuilding experts who share a passion for building quality custom homes with integrity and providing superior customer service. The Kingbridge Homes team is led by the company’s founder, John Suelthaus. John is well respected by homebuyers and industry professionals, alike, and he holds his team to the highest standards of excellence in everything they do. Each member of the Kingbridge Homes team has earned their place in the company and brings unique skills and abilities to the table to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.

John Suelthaus is the founder and President of Kingbridge Homes and Kingbridge Realty and has extensive homebuilding and real estate experience. John’s background includes an undergraduate business degree from Drake University as well as a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Prior to starting Kingbridge, he worked for McBride and Son Homes, Missouri’s largest homebuilder. His experience included Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and finally General Manager overseeing the entire home building operation. Under John’s distinguished leadership, the Kingbridge team strives to provide customers with best-in-class design, construction, project management and real estate agent services.

In addition to running two successful businesses, John is also an active member of several industry-leading professional organizations, including his service as a National Director for the National Association of Home Builders, a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri and the Chairman of the Custom Home Builders Council. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri and a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors. Additionally, John is a member of the building committee at Rohan Woods School and has volunteered several years as Chairman for the annual Wyman Golf Tournament.

Greg Bax has been involved in the homebuilding industry for over 30 years, having worked his way up from laborer to superintendent to project manager. Greg has extensive experience building houses of varying size and budgets and prides himself on treating each and every project with the highest level of care and he isn’t satisfied until the homeowner is satisfied.

Larry Alberici is experienced in all aspects of the homebuilding process, with an especially strong background in estimating and customer service. Furthermore, Larry is a certified building inspector and code enforcement specialist. He helps our team ensure that any potential issues are addressed before the City inspector(s) comes out to evaluate the job site.

Cheryl Barr brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Kingbridge Homes in the areas of financial organization, reporting, bookkeeping administration and human resources. Cheryl specializes in the setup and maintenance of accounting software such as Enterprise Solutions and Quickbooks.

Diane Reeves has more than 20 years of interior design experience in the St. Louis area. She prides herself on keeping up with the latest trends and understands the importance of combining form with function when designing a custom home. Diane has a perfect 5-star rating on Houzz and recently received a “Best of Houzz” award for her outstanding service!
