Additionally, because we generally do work within a limited geographic area, our team of project managers, subcontractors and other building professionals are never far away. You have our word that the project manager assigned to your home will physically be on the job site every day, and because everyone on our team is working in relatively close proximity, we have the ability to make our resources readily available should an unexpected issue arise during the home building process.

There are many steps involved with building a house from the ground up – especially when you need to tear down an existing home before you can begin. At Kingbridge Homes we are always looking for houses that are ideally positioned for tear down on lots with potential for infill construction. Because we generally have a good number of these sites in our portfolio, we are able to perform the engineering, utilities destroys, environmental removal, existing home demolition and architectural review up front. This enables our team to hit the ground running once your custom home project has the necessary building permits.
